Client, Application and Website Privacy Policies

Your privacy is very important to inCaffeine Development Studios and Jungmann Consulting, LLC. We are outlining a Privacy Policy that covers how we treat client information, and related to our applications and website, how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store user information. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices and let us know if you have any questions.

Client Privacy

Neither Jungmann Consulting, LLC or inCaffeine.com collects information about our clients for any purpose other than as needed for developing applications and providing services or as indicated in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent client information to outside parties. Any information you provide us is treated with strict confidentiality.

Unless if otherwise agreed in writing, we do not disclose any information about your project(s) to outside parties, except as necessary to develop and publish your application(s), and as indicated here. What is considered necessary includes, but is not limited to, information and code provided to Apple or Google in order to develop, test and deploy application(s). Client privacy is subject to the Apple Privacy Policy for iOS products, and to the Google Privacy Policy for Android products. We may work with other providers other than Apple or Google, and they will have their own privacy policies not listed here.

We may use your information 1) to serve and support you 2) to support and improve the services we offer 3) to protect the rights and safety of other users and third parties, as well as our own 4) to meet legal requirements such as complying with court orders 5) to provide necessary information to representatives and advisors, such as accountants 6) to help us comply with legal, accounting, or security requirements 7) to prosecute and defend a court, arbitration, or similar proceeding 8) to transfer client information in the case of a sale, merger, consolidation, or acquisition. In that event, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy.

Unless if you give us written permission to use social media as it relates to your project, we will not post any information about your project on social media or other public platform.

App Use Privacy

Neither Jungmann Consulting, LLC or inCaffeine.com collects information about app users for any purpose other than as needed for any app's function or as indicated in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent user information to outside parties.

We may get information about how and when you use our apps. This information may include your device type, time, date, version used, and actions taken by you within the application. We may use your information 1) to provide customer support 2) to support and improve the services we offer 3) to protect the rights and safety of other users and third parties, as well as our own 4) to meet legal requirements like complying with court orders 5) to provide necessary information to representatives and advisors, such as accountants 6) to help us comply with legal, accounting, or security requirements 7) to prosecute and defend a court, arbitration, or similar proceeding 8) to transfer user information in the case of a sale, merger, consolidation, or acquisition. In that event, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy.

Because some of our mobile apps are distributed on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, user privacy is also subject to their respective policies. Any information obtained by Apple related to the use of our iOS apps is subject to the Apple Privacy Policy and any information obtained by Google related to the use of our Android apps is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

The NMIFC Conference App collects installation information and user responses to opt-in session and app surveys, which are stored on Parse.com cloud based servers. This information is made available for NMIFC Conference Committee and Jungmann Consulting use. The New Mexico Infrastructure Finance Conference publishes their Privacy Policy and Disclaimer and Parse.com's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.parse.com/about/privacy

Snap Meet uses your email and GPS location ONLY to connect you with users you choose to share locations with. If you change location, that information is not updated or tracked by Snap Meet. Our apps will not post to your Facebook account without your permission. Snap Meet uses services provided by a third parties such as Facebook for authentication and Parse.com for cloud storage of images and location information. Website Privacy

When you use our website, communicate with someone from our team, send us an email, or post on our blog, you are giving us information that we may collect. That information may include your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, and other details like gender, occupation, and other demographic information. We do not use this information for any purpose other than as necessary to provide support. By giving us this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by us, only as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may get information about how and when you use our website. This information may include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and links followed within the site. Our hosting provider Southwest Cyberport may also collect information about how you use our website.
